Jason is very professional in his approach. Very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He explained solar systems and energy bills and offered to help us determine which retailer to sign up with. He also tailored our system to our needs and changed the design to suit. Once we signed up, it only took 13 days to have the whole system installed by a local electrician and his team. I’m still waiting on three other installers to get back to me from an initial enquiry!

All works as expected, maybe even better. App is great. Have the phone numbers of partners in the business to ring if I have any issues. Would recommend them to anyone based on the install and initial customer service. Hopefully the hardware stacks up as well.

The organisation of finance and scheduling all went off without a hitch. The team that came to install was excellent. They did the job very efficiently! Ben was very helpful in explaining everything that we needed to know. Staff followed up with us afterwards to make sure that we were happy and answer any questions that we had. If we have any need for more solar or batteries in the future, I will definitely be using Sun Central Solar. I will be recommending them to everybody I know. 10/10. The installation team turned up despite it being a rainy, windy day and installed the battery very efficiently. I also had them install a time switch on our hot water system via the solar power to reduce grid power consumption. They left everything clean and tidy and made a point of picking up any litter blown around the yard. The app connection was easy and the system was fully explained. Just had my solar system upgraded and the installation was done in less than a day, with new panels on the roof and new batteries installed. All men on site were polite, and all old materials were removed and taken care of. The head electrician installed the battery, and on completion he downloaded the app for us and explained everything that we needed to know. We couldn’t be more grateful for their service.

What a wonderful team the Sun Central Solar people are. Management advised us of the installation progress, then the wonderful four-person team arrived. They installed the batteries quickly and efficiently with hardly any noise. Brad then explained how to use and monitor the system and what to look for while assisting me with the app. Very, very happy.
Very pleased with my installation last week. Highly professional installers and electricians were involved. I was updated regularly by Sun Central Solar or the installers. Although there was a minor glitch with the Wi-Fi connection of the system, this was resolved quickly. The new system is charging despite the cloudy winter weather here. Another very happy customer!
