Have had a 13.3 kW Alpha ESS Smile battery installed on my property by Sun Central Solar and I have to say, from getting a quote from Joshua to the install, it has been a very pleasant experience and I am very happy with the end product. Sun Central Solar staff were extremely friendly and professional in all aspects of our dealings and I would highly recommend them for any solar needs you may have. Had Sun Central Solar install a 13.3 kW battery recently, and I am very happy with the result. From the day I spoke with Josh Workman, he was very helpful in determining what system was right for me. All the staff that I dealt with were very professional and friendly. The battery installers were very professional and answered all the questions I asked. They helped me set up the app on my phone and explained how to understand it. I highly recommend Sun Central Solar.

Sun Central Solar were great to deal with from first contact to sizing and quote. Communication about the install was great. We knew exactly when they were arriving. The installation team turned up despite it being a rainy, windy day and installed the battery very efficiently. I also had them install a time switch on our hot water system via the solar power to reduce grid power consumption. They left everything clean and tidy and made a point of picking up any litter blown around the yard. The app connection was easy and the system was fully explained. The 13.3 kW battery is well suited to our requirements. I have noticed we have not drawn power from the grid since installing it. I highly recommend Sun Central Solar.

I had solar installed by a lovely little local company called Sun Central Solar, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! ☀️ Four friendly guys turned up, all bright, positive and ready to get stuck in. They made the whole process so easy and were super informative, explaining everything as they went. ⚡ They even took the time to help me set up the app, going through it step by step until I was completely comfortable using it. Nothing was too much trouble. It’s not often you find a team that’s this professional and this genuinely nice. I’m really impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sun Central Solar to anyone thinking about getting solar. These guys are awesome!

Five stars for sure! The whole process has been exceptional. From the very beginning, when we needed to sort out what would be best for us, Josh was fantastic during our phone appointment. The organisation of finance and scheduling all went off without a hitch. The team that came to install was excellent. They did the job very efficiently! Ben was very helpful in explaining everything that we needed to know. Staff followed up with us afterwards to make sure that we were happy and answer any questions that we had. If we have any need for more solar or batteries in the future, I will definitely be using Sun Central Solar. I will be recommending them to everybody I know. 10/10. The whole team did a fantastic job!

Knowledgeable staff and very helpful after-sales service. It took maybe a month longer to install than indicated, but that’s pretty reasonable considering every job would be different, so it is hard to put a definite installation date forward. All works as expected, maybe even better. App is great. Have the phone numbers of partners in the business to ring if I have any issues. Would recommend them to anyone based on the install and initial customer service. Hopefully the hardware stacks up as well.

Jason is very professional in his approach. Very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He explained solar systems and energy bills and offered to help us determine which retailer to sign up with. He also tailored our system to our needs and changed the design to suit. Once we signed up, it only took 13 days to have the whole system installed by a local electrician and his team. I’m still waiting on three other installers to get back to me from an initial enquiry!
